Welcome Pilots!
As hub manager at our cargo hub in Frankfurt, I would like to welcome you all
and tell you a little about myself. I am 36 years old and live in Columbia, South
Carolina USA. I have been with Altair for 7 years and have served as admin for
and co-creator of the NASCAR Charter. I served for a short time as assistant
hub manager at KMEM with my buddy Ken Pryor ALT0336 where I learned a lot about
the operation of the hubs, after which I transfered over to serve as a pilot at
EDDF where I continue to enjoy hauling cargo all over Europe and the rest of the
world!
If you have any questions, concerns or suggestions about the operation of our
Frankfurt hub or if you need help with anything else related to flight simulator, PLEASE

New Top Dawg at EDDF! Captain Steve Boland (ALT339) expressed interest in taking over the HM job from
departing HM Scott Moore. (Scott's done a great job as HM, but the "real world"
is rearing its head again and he is stepping down.)
After a lengthy and rigorous vetting process (mostly involving sampling the very
nice selection of Kahlua and Drambuie that Steve sent over to Altair HQ), the
unanimous decision was made that Steve would be a great fit.
As anyone who was involved in BOTA back in 2004 can attest, Steve is not only
a great guy and a dedicated Altairian -- but he's one of the craziest (read: best)
Cargo Dawgs out there. I've seen him get aircraft to do things you would never
think possible (which was pretty much the whole point of BOTA.)
Welcome aboard, Steve -- and thanks for helping us keep EDDF running, Scott!
